Privacy policy for members of the Association Hundehaven Potefryd

We process personal data and must comply with the law and the principles of good  data processing practices. That is why we have adopted this privacy policy, which briefly explains how we process personal data that ensures a legal and transparent processing. We only process personal data for clear and objective purposes and based on the association's legitimate interests. We only process personal information that is relevant and necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, and we delete your information when it is no longer needed - or when you ask us to do so.

We are responsible for the processing of your personal data

The association Hundehaven Potefryd is data responsible, and we ensure that your personal information is processed in accordance with applicable law. You can always contact the association's data contact person, who is the association's treasurer (see https://www.hundehavenpotefryd.dk/bestyrelse).

Processing of personal data

We process the following personal information: 

• General personal information: Eg contact information such as name, address, registration date, telephone number, email address, dog name.

From here we collect information

We get information from the forms that you fill out when joining the association.

The purpose of the association's processing of your personal data

We process your personal data for specific purposes when we have a legal reason (legal basis). Legal reasons for processing information about you are:

• That we as an association have a (legitimate) interest in processing your information

• That it is necessary for us to fulfill an agreement with you

• That the law requires that we process your information

• That you have given consent for us to process your information

We only process personal data based on legitimate interests

To the extent that we process your membership information, it is done solely on the basis of the association's legitimate and legitimate interests which include:

• To handle your membership rights (e.g. at the general meeting) in accordance with the association's articles of association

• To enable you to fulfill your obligations as a member of the association, including paying dues, etc.

• To be able to plan and hold social events and activities

• To be able to show situation pictures from specific activities or events in the association

• To preserve information with historical value for statistics and the like

Consent

When we process information about you, it often happens on a legal basis other than your consent. We therefore only obtain your consent when, in rare cases, it is necessary to process your personal data for the purposes described above. If we obtain your consent, it is voluntary if you want to give consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by notifying us.

 

When we collect personal information about children and young people under the age of 15, we make an assessment of whether the child itself is able to provide the personal information in question. If not, we obtain the consent of a parent.

 

If we collect personal information about children via information services (apps and social media), children from the age of 13 can give their own consent.

Disclosure of your personal information

We do not pass on information about you to others outside the association - for example for marketing purposes - without your consent.

Storage and deletion of your personal information

We will delete information about you six months after your membership expires.

We store information in anonymised form for statistics and the like as long as it has historical value.

 

Your rights

When we process your information, you have according to the Personal Data Regulation a number of rights:

• You have the right to be informed that we process information about you - that is what we inform you about in this privacy policy

• You have the right to access the information we process about you (right of access)

• You have the right to have incorrect information about you corrected (the right to rectification)

• You have the right to have information about you deleted (the right to be forgotten)

• You have the right to object to the use of your information for marketing purposes

• You have the right to move your information - ie. that we must provide the information we have about you in a commonly used format (the right to data portability)

You can exercise your rights, including objecting to our treatment, by contacting us. You will find contact information at https://www.hundehavenpotefryd.dk . If you contact us with a request to have your personal information corrected or deleted, we will investigate whether the conditions have been met and, if so, implement changes or deletion as soon as possible.

Revision of the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change the association's privacy policy. When we change the Privacy Policy, we also change the date at the top of this document. By essential  changes you will be notified.

 

The privacy policy in force at any time can be obtained by contacting the association's treasurer.
